Donate to Collections
The Barre Historical Society is always looking for donations to our collections that will enhance and support our mission. Private individuals and organizations have made our collection a valuable repository of Barre’s history. Some of the important materials we preserve include first-source documents, Barre memorabilia, maps, yearbooks, textiles and more.

Gift to our Shop
Moving or downsizing? The BHS&M Shop is a great place to donate those items you no longer need or have space to keep. Donated pieces may be sold through our online store or at the Society during special events, such as Barre’s town-wide yard sale. By donating your vintage items to the Society, you help support a wonderful non-profit organization in Barre and receive a tax-deductible receipt for your donation.
